МТ | Folding lighting supports

METAKO specialists developed a unique support which allows to service lighting device without using lifting machinery in order to be able to illuminate the objects with limited access to the lighting installation.  Weight of support balance-beam is calculated on the weight of equipment so that the difference in weight between the upper part with lighting instruments and the balance does not exceed a few pounds.

It provides the convenience and ease of the process of folding and recovery support. It allows to serve devices by only one electrician. At the top of the emerging MT supports there is a flange which is attached to the bracket, that eliminates the loss of support bracket during the  folding.

MT supports are widely used in sports facilities: ski slopes, tennis courts, fields with an expensive coating on the railway, on racks, in the highlands.

Material for support is selected on the basis of climatic zones (-50 to +50) and the conditions
of operation in accordance with СНиП II-23-81 "Steel Structures". Supply power cable is in the ground (internal connection) with the service through the side hatch at the bottom of the support.

Installation methods:
МТ-хФ-х - flange bearing mounted on a standard metal foundation (ФM). Connection between support and ФM is realized of a flange connecting bolts or studs.
МТ-хГ-х – straight support is installed in a prepared
(drilled) hole and then underpour.
