Electric line towers production

Supply and production of electric line towers is the one of the main areas of our activity. We produce also power supports (lines of force). This area is the oldest our specialty. Actually the plant was built more than 70 years ago exactly for electrification of our country.
We can say that there is no such experience in the development and manufacture of power transmission poles in our country. We suggest such types of structure: lattice and multi-faceted metal towers which are made according to USSR and Russia standard. More about PTL

Faceted supports and masts production

In our country, the transition to metal supports also quite active, our company takes the process a very active part.
In our time there are no more ugly reinforced concrete constructions. Now in Europe we can see mostly faceted supports from metalware. In our country the process of metal industry also quite fast and our company takes the most active part.
Modern faceted supports are aesthetic and safe but you shouldn’t forget about the long lifetime. Naturally, they are easier and it takes less effort to install them. We also carry out specialized structures (connection towers). In order to ensure radio communication continuity, we can offer antenna mast.
Different types of supports and masts are one of the priority branches of our business. We produce the widest range of structures - searchlight and high-mast supports, towers with a mobile corona and more.

Road and bridge railings production

Different varieties of road and bridge railings production is an important activity of the company. We were first who started to work in this area in Russia.
We produce different types of double-side and one-side barriers, which can be used in various places of our country. Many years of hard work prove the reliability of the road fences structures. Just the experience allows us to create different barriers – double-side and one-side. And a high level of quality and reliability eloquently advertises us.

Culverts and other branches

In addition we produce many other types of metalware. We were first who successfully mastered the technology of culverts production.
At a time when most factories in Russia were in the crisis because of problems with the domestic economy, we have purchased modern equipment and learned how to make culverts.
Also we offer different galvanized profiles, including profiles for plasterboard. Due to project team we can design an individual drawing and make it in practice.

Hot-dip galvanized: our ability

Our company has got modern equipment for hot-dip galvanizing. This protection method is the most cost-effective and economy in the whole world.
The main purpose of galvanizing is to increase the corrosion resistance of our products. Technically, in the process of hot-dip galvanized, it is impossible to cheat the customer. Zinc is not simply falls on unprepared metal.
Modern and unique foreign equipment allows us to control the work quality.  For our products we can name a real lifetime in different conditions.
